Chapters in IEEE Xi'an Section

      The English name of the IEEE Professional Committee is the chapter, which is a branch of the various professional and technical associations under the IEEE to cooperate with local chapters in order to better serve members in different regions. A professional committee (chapter) shall include a minimum of 12 members of a professional technical association (association) of the IEEE who have voting rights, and a joint professional committee may include a group of associations.
