       IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society Xi'a Chapter (MTT-S Xi'an Chapter) was founded on Jul. 7,2010. The Chapter has 35 members and aims to promote the advance- ment of microwave theory and its applications, including RF, microwave, millimeter-wave, and terahertz technologies. The Chapter sponsored and hosted "2014 International Wireless Sym-posium". This event featured 2,000 total participants from different countries and provided an international forum to present and exchange the latest technical achievements in microwave circuits, hardware and RF systems related to emerging wireless systems and solutions.
