       IEEE Electron Devices Society Xi'an Chapter (EDS Xi'an Chapter) was founded on Jun. 2,2005 by Prof. Zhang Yimen. Currently, Prof. Zhang Yuming serves as Chair and Prof. Lv Hongliang serves as secretary. Since its foundation, the EDS Chapter has organized a number of academic events in purpose to provide a plafform for scholars to exchange views and ideas, and to educate students and juniors researchers in the Chapter.
