SOCIETY XI'AN CHAPTER

       IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society Xi'an Chapter (DEIS XI'an Chap-ter) was founded on Sep. 22, 2015. Prof. LI Shengtao from Xi'an Jiaotong University serves as Chair. Currently, the DEIS Chapter has 28 members. The Chapter aims to gather the researchers from universities, institutions and industries together to promote the develop-ment of dielectrics and electrical insulation. The Chapter has organized or co-organized several academic activities, such as "2016 International Conference on Condition Monitor-ing and Diagnosis (CMD)" and "2017 International Conference on Electrical Materials and Power Equipment (ICEMPE)".
