ICSPCC 2015 was hold in Ning Bo
From September 19 to 22, 2015, the IEEE International Signal Processing, Communication, and Computing (ICSPCC 2015) Conference, co-sponsored by IEEE Xi'an Branch, IEEE Hong Kong Branch, and Northwestern Polytechnical University, was held at the Kaiyuan Hotel in Ningbo to collect Experts, scholars and engineers from all over the world discuss new theories, technologies and applications in the fields of signal processing, communication and computing, and provide conference reports, academic reports and new technology seminars. The conference co-organizers include Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology, Xi'an Jiaotong University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong University, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, Ningbo University and Xi'an University of Science and Technology.
The opening ceremony of the conference was hosted by Professor Chen Jingdong from the School of Talents and the School of Maritime Studies. Professor Huang Jianguo, Chairman of the Conference, Professor Wan-Chi Siu of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Vice President Xu Tiefeng of Ningbo University, Vice President of the Technical Committee Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology Li Jiandong, and Prof. Li Huaxing from the International Cooperation Office of our school delivered a speech respectively, and sincerely expressed their gratitude to the invited experts and their welcome to the participants.
After the opening ceremony, the meeting entered a wonderful invitation report. Professor Jian Li from the University of Florida, Visiting Professor at Zhejiang University, Professor TC Yang from the former US Naval Laboratory, and Professor Israel Cohen from Israel, respectively, entitled "Sparse Signal Recovery and Its Applications", "Underwater Acoustic Communacation: Requiremengts, Technical Challenges, Recent Accomplis-ishments, and Future Efforts" and "GARCH Models and Their Applications to Speech Enhancement and Sea-Mine Detection in Sonar Images". Participants also conducted in-depth discussions on these hot topics.
Experts in IEEE conferences, the Conference Organizer Forum (MINI POCO), was designed to guide volunteers on how to apply for and host successful high-quality international conferences. The conference was hosted by Professor Huang Jianguo from the School of Navigation of the University, Ms. Ma Cong, Conference Manager of China, and Dr. Bin Zhao, Chairman of the IEEE Academic Conference Program Committee, Professor Wan-Chi Siu of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. They applied for policies, auditing standards and experience. It is elaborated.
The conference also invited Professor PC Ching from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Professor ER Meng Hwa from the Vice-Chancelly of Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, Professor Wenjun Zhang, former Vice President of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Professor Li Jiandong, Vice President of Xidian University, and Professor Qianjun Shao, Vice President of Ningbo University. A special report was given at the ICSPEC Eduation Forum Education Forum to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the development of colleges and universities and how to develop rapidly in universities.
