       From April 13th to 16th, the 5th Modern Wireless Information Network National III Engineering Base was held in Xi'an. Professor Kang G. Shin, Professor Kang G. Shin and Professor Kang G. Shin visited the IEEE Xi'an Chapter and conducted three reports.
